Hi, I'm Penne. I'm a wife and mom of three. When I almost died in 2021, I was determine to give my kids all the tools they needed in life, starting in the kitchen. I am an avid foodie and of course, married one. I love to cook and our whole family loves to eat, so I'm teaching my little foodies what I know. We hope that our story and videos inspire others to get their families in the kitchen and make memories.

For the viewers convivence, I share the recipes  we make in the videos on here. I'm not the author of most recipes, so I do give credit where credit is due, be sure to check out the author links.

May you have happy

The grill cheese sandwiches seemed too sophisticated for our family. But I loved them, so did the girls. The guys we're eh. Must be a guy thing. Just the right amount of sweet to savory. I never would have thought of this combination. I added bacon and the local Grocery Outlet (you hear me reference them a lot. I have a love/hate relationship toward them. I love all the cool finds, but I hate that they only carry them for a limited time.) had bacon ends. So the edges of bacon where all the seasoning is. Bunch of super thick cuts. Went so good with this. Instead of throwing them on a pan on my stove, I used my panini maker, came out great. I had a little goat cheese crumbles, made one of the sandwiches with that. Oooooh I'd make it that way again!

The looks I get from my 13 year old make me feel so old. I remember giving my mom the same looks. Now she just laughs at me because my daughter is doing it to me. She tells me pay back a lot.

Alexa is part of our family. 🤣 She/he (I say that because ours has a males voice). We talk to him all the time. He proves me right 95% time. There is a lot of conversation with him in this video. It's quite humorous.

I felt like this needed an equally as posh side dish. I though an adult Mac N Cheese but that's too much starch. I needed veggies. So I found Parmesan Zucchini Fries. I butchered the name of her blog in the video, but the fries were amazing. I dipped them in Chick-fil-A sauce (which we use like ketchup in this house. Thanks for the new addiction) Mmmm just mmmmm. It looked like someone set off one of those confetti bombs in our kitchen. Only instead of confetti it was Panko bread crumbs and they were everywhere! Totally worth it.
